The Swain Group tackled a complex job within extremely strict time constraints to remove two Air-bridges (PBBs) and one link section at Gatwick Airport. The operation necessitated the temporary shutdown of radar systems due to potential interference from crane masts. The project was a joint night operation involving both Hallett Silbermann and Gatwick Group who are part of The Swain Group of companies. We were working for our client as well as the Principle Contractor on site. The whole project was managed by the Gatwick team. Despite some delays outside of our control, the task was successfully concluded on time and on budget.
