Photograph published in national newspaper
A photograph published in national newspaper shows an R Swain & Sons vehicle appearing to purposely splash a cyclist. Subsequent investigation shows that our driver had been deliberately deceived into splashing the cyclist to create the photograph. On contacting the national newspapers and Press Complaints Commission all papers printed a Correction Statement explaining the circumstances
